"Best" ebook reader for me?
Hi! Christmas is coming and I’ve decided to buy a ebook reader for myself. After narrowing some of them I’ve five potential possibilities and I need your help to decide.
1st. http://www.amazon.com/Sony-PRS-505-Portable-Digital-e-Reader/dp/B000WPXQ2M
2nd. http://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Reading-Display-International-Generation/dp/B0015T963C/ref=sr_tr_1ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1257360098&sr=8-1

Cybook Opus, BeBook Mini and eSlick Reader aren’t the best choices but I can buy them from my home country Finland so the price isn’t that much and I can get them almost immediately. Kindle seems a very good choice but shipping is the problem. It would take couple of weeks and add about 10-30 euros to price. Same problem goes with Sony’s. Should I be a patient one and wait 2-3 weeks and add some euros to get a better one or are any of those three a good choice to buy? And if I should wait which one is a better: Kindle or Sony? Can you help me?

Don’t get other ebook readers rather than the Amazon Kindle or Sony Reader. The function simply isn’t comparable…
Between the Sony and the Kindle, I’ll suggest the Kindle, because it has free wireless and text-to-speech function. There are more ebooks you can find available for the Kindle too. There are some good comparison between them here:

The Amazon Kindle and Sony Reader accounts for over 90% of market share in the ebook reader market. Other ebook readers are just small players, and you’ll find it very difficult to find books for them… Amazon Kindle is now taking over 60% of the market share, so it is the biggest play in the market.
And the Amazon Kindle is the best. Read here from a person who has tried both the Kindle and the Sony Reader:

I own the Kindle 2 and I like it very much. It is better than Sony Reader because Amazon provide good content support, and the number of books available in Kindle format is kept on increasing (right now there are 300,000 Kindle books). Sony Reader, however, many users complain that it is difficult to find suitable books, and books on it are more expensive than the Kindle. Other benefits of the Kindle over Sony Reader include the free wireless internet access, and the text-to-speech function.
Hope this helps.
The Amazon Kindle without a thought.
Read this article, it is the best review on ebook readers that I’ve ever read, from a person who has tried a few ebook readers including the Sony Reader and Amazon Kindle:
