   I would recommend it. I’ve purchased e-books before, and they’re just a book, but in digital form. They are usually much cheaper than the physical book, are more portable, and you can print them off yourself (or get a printing shop to do it for you – the cost of printing there + the cost of the e-book is very often less than buying the book itself. Of course, though, it depends on the book. Some physical books are very cheap anyway, so the point of an e-book is lessened. If you buy a very long e-book, printing becomes an issue, so it becomes whether or not you want to read it physically, or off a computer screen. Also, be careful with e-books that are translations, such as e-books of Ancient Greek tragedy, etc, as the translations can be very dodgy.

   It depends on what it is specifically – you must weigh up the pros and cons to yourself, based on the length of the book, and the prices of the real book versus the e-book.

   Edit: What? What ebook should you buy? How should any of us know? Find a book YOU like, if you want to buy it, do so.

   if you can get the real book then do, reading ebooks is quite annoying i have found as i always had to be at the computer
